A Cognito repeating section needs a different migration check

In a household registration, one respondent might add two family members and another might add six. Cognito’s repeating sections let people add another group of fields. That is different from showing or hiding a fixed set of questions with conditional logic.

If your form needs a variable number of people, products, or expense lines, verify that data structure before switching. Do not flatten separate records into one unstructured answer just to match a form template. Check the exported shape as well as the screen.

For a fixed set of client questions, a Youform intake template may be a simpler starting point. For a variable item list, keep the working form until you have a suitable replacement.

Compare Fillout for database operations and Jotform for broader form workflows alongside response limits and payment requirements.
