Updated 14 September 2026. Qualtrics confirms that Delighted is no longer available. If you need a place to collect new customer feedback, Youform offers free surveys with unlimited responses within fair use.

This guide is published by Youform. It explains where our form builder can fit and which parts of your previous feedback program need separate setup.

When Youform fits a former Delighted workflow

Start with Youform when you want an NPS or satisfaction survey that customers can open from a link or your website. Add the rating question, ask what influenced the answer, and choose how your team will review and follow up.

  • Collect feedback: customize the NPS survey template or explore customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Ask relevant follow-ups: use conditional logic when different answers need different questions.
  • Review and share the work: review responses in Youform or connect Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, or webhooks for a configured workflow.

If your program depends on recurring invitations, contact suppression, account-owner assignment, or historical score trends, map those requirements before switching. A survey form alone does not recreate the delivery and reporting process you had in Delighted.

What is free, and when would you need Pro?

Free includes unlimited forms and responses within fair use, conditional logic, website embeds, and integrations such as Google Sheets and Zapier. Adding your logo, removing Youform branding, custom domains, partial submissions, and advanced analytics require Pro. Connected tools have their own plans and fees.

Review current Youform plans against the features your team actually uses. An unlimited-response plan is one part of the decision; check how you will send invitations and act on the answers too.

Rebuild the feedback process in five steps

  1. Inventory what you still have. Gather existing exports, survey wording, audience definitions, and workflow notes. Keep historical files intact. Do not assume the retired service remains available for a new export.
  2. Recreate the survey. For NPS, keep the recommendation question and 0–10 scale consistent with the series you want to compare. Add a short reason question and an optional way to agree to follow-up.
  3. Plan invitations. Decide which customers should receive the survey, when, and how to avoid repeated invitations. Configure the sending schedule in your chosen email or customer-success workflow.
  4. Assign the response handoff. Choose where answers arrive and who reviews them. Configure and check any spreadsheet or CRM automation, including the identifier used to match a response to a customer.
  5. Start a clearly dated collection period. Check the survey and integrations before inviting customers. Keep the old and new source labels in your reporting so a platform change is not mistaken for a change in customer sentiment.

This is a rebuild process, not a one-click Delighted import. Historical answers do not appear in Youform just because you create a new survey. Confirm any import requirement with our support team before depending on it.

Use NPS as the beginning of a conversation

The free NPS calculator can calculate a score from response counts. Keep the response count, audience, collection period, and written feedback beside that score. Assign someone to review recurring issues and follow up when the respondent has agreed to contact.

For automatic recurring delivery or a dedicated customer-experience reporting program, evaluate those requirements separately. Compare the complete workflow rather than assuming two tools have identical features.
